I bought world bundle from EA, I got the keys and Monte Vista was already used, but Hidden Springs worked well. How can I solve this problem? Where to contact with EA? Any topics I could find on their help page, were about buying codes from third party sites. Although I both the Bundle from EA Store.
I have exactly the same issue but with roaring heights gold edition for sims 3 which i bought through the EA app in their lunar sale. my code says its already been redeemed and i cant seem to get through to EA to either get a new code or a refund. Have you had any luck with your problem?
