Sims 3 Stuff Pack Purchased - How do I actually play it?

I purchased The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff through EA and it is showing that I own the add on but when I launch the game it do0es not show under expansion packs or installed content. What do I do to...

@GoldsXavier  If you're viewing the main Sims 3 page (what you see if you click Sims 3 in your game library) and select Manage > Manage add-ons, do you see a Download button for Outdoor Living?  Please have a look and let me know.  If you only see "in-game content" under the pack name, the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the entire game.
