Sims 3 Supernatural : No download button?

Hello,

I got the sims 3 supernatural and am trying to install it on EA App, but there is no download button? How do i fix this?

I tried restarting the app but it still won't show up. So far this is the only pack i'm having this issue with.

Thank you!

  • @night0ceans  Try clearing the EA App's cache and restarting your computer.

If this doesn't help, please contact EA customer support and ask whether you have the "entitlement," as it's called, for the 32-bit version of Supernatural.  Sometimes when a player buys a new pack, they receive only the entitlement for the 64-bit Mac version of that pack.  The fix is to get support to manually add the 32-bit entitlement.

Normally it would be easy to check in Origin whether you have the 32-bit entitlement.  But Origin has a separate issue right now where it doesn't display the Extra Content tab for the 32-bit version of Sims 3 at all, at least for some players.  Still, if you're not one of the affected players, you could reinstall Origin (no need to uninstall the EA App) and look for yourself.

If you do see an Extra Content tab, click it, choose Expansion Packs, scroll down to Supernatural, and see whether any of its listed entries—there may be more than one—includes a Download button.  If not, you definitely have the entitlement issue and need to contact support.  If you do see a Download button, just download from there.  Then you can go back to using the EA App if you prefer.
