Sims 3 Supernatural: Can't dismiss Bonehilda

Bonehilda had been working just fine for me, but now she will not listen to any of my sims dismissing her. I tried using resetSim Bonehilda, but then she just got stuck on my staircase. I can't delete her coffin because it says that it is in use. I'm not sure what else there is to do. HELP!
