Sims 3 Supernatural can't install

Not sure if this is the right place, but I recently purchased the Supernatural game disc and tried installing it a few days ago. I cannot get it to install correctly. When I first tried installing, ...

    There's proabably some left over registry entries from that failed attempt on your computer (if you're on a PC that is).

    Here's instructions to manually uninstalling World Adventures : https://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-the-sims-3-world-adventures

    The supernatural pack should work accordingly (couldn't find instructions for that pack). You only need to remove the keys for supernatural, if you're unable to find them, let me know and I'll check my computer.

    Makes sure to backup the registry before fiddling with it. Also backup all your user files.

UPDATE!!

I was able to follow the directions pretty easily, and Supernatural  is now installed and working properly!

Just for reference, the registry key for Supernatural is B37DAFAS-717D-41F8-BDFB-3A4B68C0B3A1

Also I was not able to find the InstallSheild Information folder to delete the uninstall files, even after I had gone to Organize > Folder and Seach Options > View > Show hidden files folders and drives (which was different from the instruftions given). But either way, I was able to install it. 

I reinstated my Sims 3 files and ran it, and it seems to work ok. Now I just need to find updates for my mods. Thanks for the assistance!
