sims 3 supernatural digital copy

ok this is getting really annoying/stressful.

i have not been able to play sims 3 since november as each time i tried to launch the game i was told there was a problem with the security module. this only happened after purchasing a digital copy of supernatural (i was able to play for a couple of weeks then it suddenly stopped allowing me)

anyway.... today i decided to uninstall my entire sims 3 game (including expansions), clean up my pc and then re install them in hope to fix the security problem.

now i cannot get supernatural to install from origin (and trying to find out how to speak to an online advisor on here is just plain ridiculous)

PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME TO FIND OUT WHERE MY SUPERNATURAL PACK IS AND HOW TO DOWNLOAD IT

Make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)
Also EA was having server issues earlier today. It might still not be resolved completely

ok call me stupid or whatever but i followed the instructions after getting a new code (told to register on sims3 site) and my game is still not available for download :catsad:

If it doesn't show up in Origin, only a game advisor can help you.
I saw in the other thread that you have issues with live chat.
Could you describe what you see ? What category/game did you choose ? Did you get the live chat option at all ? What browser are you using ?

i see the game in Origin and in green it says 'download now with Origin' so i click it and nothing happens.... as for live chat.. i am going around in circles trying to get there and it just comes up with 'ask a question' and leads me to the forums 😕mileyfrustrated:

i used sims 3 supernatural as category no live chat option came up and i use chrome for browser

the supernatural expansion is not under 'my games' on Origin since i uninstalled ALL expansions and main game. i am really fed up of this as it hasnt worked for months even tho my pc is the same :catmad:

THANK YOU for your help. i am now waiting for live chat to answer. it is possible that AVG has interfered with game play going by the list so i will rethink and choose another. hopefully i can get this resolved soon
