Sims 3 Supernatural expansion has disappeared

Question

I've been using the Supernatural Expansion for quite some time, both on my old laptop and my new.&nbsp; I downloaded it from disc on the old (ancient) laptop, and used the product code on my current laptop.&nbsp; It's been running fine, then suddenly only that expansion is missing.&nbsp; I hadn't restarted the computer or app, it's just gone.&nbsp; I still have access to the other packs I've been using.&nbsp; When I tried to re-enter the product code it says it's been used.&nbsp; It's available for purchase from Origin as though I never downloaded it.&nbsp; Today, after no response from EA customer support, I uninstalled/reinstalled and it's the same issue.&nbsp; What can I do???

@glowwormgi146&nbsp; You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.&nbsp; Specifically, you'll need to ask the support rep what happened to the copy of Supernatural on your account.&nbsp; Take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the code (clearly readable); you can upload the photo when you submit the help request.&nbsp; I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.&nbsp; If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
