Sims 3 Supernatural Glitch
Hey, has anyone else had an issue with downloading Supernatural?? I own the game, and it says it in the library, yet when I try to find it in the expansions in the opening of Sims 3, it's not there. ...

@hayley_renae95 Try downloading the pack from Origin rather than the EA App. You can download Origin from the link here:
If that doesn't help, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Sims 3 itself. This has been a common result since the original downloading issue was resolved a few weeks ago.
If you have saves or other content you want to preserve, be sure to make a copy of the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts. This folder contains all your user data, and it sometimes gets deleted during the uninstall process.
I've uninstalled both the Origin app, and Sims 3, and reinstalled them both, and I still get this message.
