I just bought the Supernatural expansion pack. It downloaded normally but has been "installing" for hours. I tried launching my Sims 3 platform to see if it made a difference, but it didn't. When I right click on it the option to cancel installation is unclickable. I don't know what to do. I'm not super tech savvy so I'm sure it's user error somewhere along the line. Help!!!
Can you close Origin ?
If so, do that and restart and then see what it says on MyGames.
If the game then doesn't work, remove everything Supernatural from your computer following instructions here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall and here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Help-Guide-All-in-one-fix-except-hardware-issues-PC-only/m-p/734448#M36281 where it says Delete game installers
Then try installing again.
You just need to do it for Supernatural.
