I've just checked something else on my end, could you clear the cache in the EA app and check for Supernatural then please?

Hey, no, I did buy the original CD copy from the release back then.
If I remember correctly (I am not entirely sure about this) I activated a few codes as a child at the sims3 website. So I needed to merge accounts. I can't remember if Supernatural was one of those packs. But every single other expansion is working.
