Sims 3 Supernatural isn't playable/not showing in Launcher

Hello everyone,  I am trying to solve this issue now since 1 and a half year. Last year not really actively because I did not care that much but here I am again, since I wanna play the (imo) best ...

    @Zaveelia 

    I've just checked something else on my end, could you clear the cache in the EA app and check for Supernatural then please?

Now it worked, I relogged then cleared the cache and now it works :D
