Sims 3 Supernatural says code is accepted, but not letting me download
Hello!
I redeemed a code for the Sims 3 Supernatural and it says the code is accepted, yet the game isn’t in my library anywhere and when I search it up in the EA store it only gives me the option to purchase it, not download? Im so confused and I don’t know what to do, I tried registering the code on the sims 3 website too since I didn’t get it from the EA app and it says i have Supernatural registered there. I also have the base game installed.

Open your game library, click Sims 3, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and see whether you can download Supernatural from there. If not, let me know.
