gabbaghoulx​  If you still need help, and you're willing to add some mods, try adding NRaas ErrorTrap and Overwatch, along with MasterController, which provides a much more thorough reset than the cheat.  ET and OW do their job in the background, including fixing various kinds of stuck states.

Since this thread is very old, I'll lock it here.  If you do need more help after this, please start your own thread, and let me know whether the mods didn't help or you'd prefer not to use them at all.
