Hi
I want to download the supernatural pack, but because it comes with the Sims 3 game for free, which i already have, it blocks me from downloading. It tells me to remove the item from my basket, but I am not able to do so. How do I download the game??

Have you bought Supernatural yet? If you did already there is a separate code for Supernatural and the base game. Just enter the Supernatural code onto Origin and you will be fine. (If you bought the physical copy it's in the booklet that you will find inside the box, if you bought a digital download you should have gotten the registration code in your e-mails.)
