Sims 3 Supernatural

I bought Sims3 and SimsPets off of Steam, and they have been working great. Recently I bought the Supernatural Expanision and everything says I have bought it, Its in my Library, my DLC, and my bank statement. But when I open the Sims game it doesn't recognize that I have it. What should I do? Ive tried registaring it on The Sims website, and REinstalling it. Suggestions?
