Sims 3: To high Fps

Hello

I have a problem with the Fps on Sims 3 and I have tried to use the Fps Limiter 0.2 but I can't get it to work :O I think the reason it does not work is because now you hafto start the game trough Origin (just maybe).

Anyway I can not find any other way to make the Fps lower (it usually around 200-300fps) and really want this to work on my computer so please help me if you have an answer!
