Thanks for helping me out dude!
1.So when I go into my Application Folder there is only one app which is the base game. No expansion pack icon!
2. I don't understand what you're saying ☹️
I Can see both games in origin. But what do you mean with 'game installers' ,how do i find the preferences and what is ts3?

"TS3" is just shorthand for The Sims 3. If there is not icon for the expansion pack in side the folder then you can ignore section 1. For section 2, you need to look in Origin in the settings/preferences and delete the installer files so that you can re-download the game (otherwise Origin sometimes thinks the game is already installed and won't let you redownload it). Does that make sense? Let me know if not.

Hi! Okay that was stupid I could have guessed what TS3 means, sorry :D
Anyway i can't find any place where I can delete the game, i can right click but it doesnt show any options for it. nor do i find any kind of folders in my origin app that shows me the files for the game.- Approved

I think you may need to contact EA Customer Services to access your account and check that the game is registered properly to your account. See if they can reset your Origin account so that you can try again to download the pack. I am not sure what else you can try since you cannot find the usual files.
