Sims 3 university life

I downloaded and installed the Sims 3 - university life. It says everything is installed and I can now play it when I log into Origin. However, when I go to play the Sims, the university expansion pack icon doesn't show up at the bottom of the launch window. The university expansion pack also doesn't show up in the game. I don't know what else to do. Please help!

I am also I was like uhhhhh when I got in the game and seen there's no university stuff ;/ Please fix this!!! D;

Is this a Mac issue? I'm having the same problem.

I had this same problem. What I did was make a new user account completely (on my mac) switched over to that account, opened origin and it said I could redownload university. I did this and switched back over to my main account with all my files and could then play university. Hope this helps!
