Hello, I bought the game on the day it was released (in the UK) and tried to redeem the party pack content through origin and it did not work, I've tried calling and no one picks up at all (was on hold for a good 1hr waiting) I've tried googling the answer and so does anyone know what I can do about this???? I just want my party pack bonus content 😕mileymad:
You can't redeem the code through Origin. You need to go to... TheSims3.com/incentive/universityliferedeem Here you can enter your code, and they have great directions posted there too! 🙂

I received the game only today and the website address on my leaflet telling me where to get it didn't work either.
I spent £50 on this game, like hell was I giving up!
I don't know if you're still having this problem, hopefully not, but if anyone else is having this problem, hopefully this will help.
After finding out that it doesn't work, I thought there must be another way, so I decided to register my game on the website. I found that when you hover your mouse over the "My Page" icon, at the bottom of the list is "My Account" with a further list of options. Obviously to register a game, you click on it.
Underneath that I found an option called "Redeem a code", so I clicked on that and it came up with billing information, redeem a code, preferences and paypal.
If you click the little green plus sign next to "Redeem a code" It comes up with the little boxes where you enter a games' code. Just enter the code for the party pack, click the terms and conditions box and it says that you have been entitled to a party pack, check your download history to claim it.
And that's how I got mine.
I couldn't see any suggestion on here, specifically telling you how to get it, so I thought I would post my own.
