Sims 3 Vehicles Suddenly Cancel "Goto Community Lot"

Well an update for anyone else experiencing this issue: There's a workaround for the jetpack, as long as your sim is "outdoors" you can right-click on the ground on any off-lot place and it'll let you select "Fly Here" similiar to the Sims 4 Brooms from RoM, and that much seems to be working. It seems that only the "Social Menu" transitions are effected not the ones caused by mapping or actual travel.
