12 years agoThanks, it looks like origin might have been the problem after all! I chatted with an EA rep who got me to obliterate the sims from my computer but that's a lengthy process, so they ended chat while I was doing that. =/ I'll see how this goes! Thank you!

12 years agoIt's up and running again, as long as I run it from "administrator" mode. Still deathly sluggish, but c'est la vie. Better than nothing, I suppose.
