Sims 3 website is down?

The Friday Highlights is a weekly thing they do on the sims forums highlighting good stuff from players on the forums. You can find them here and they do it every Friday. It's not just sims 4 stuff but other sims games are involved too :)The Sims Game Info Hub | EA Forums

I've also been doing well thanks. Been lonely without anyone on the site but the team has been working on it. I've been lucky to access the site but feel bad for anyone who can't but the team is working on it so that's good.

as of thurs 20 nov, store site no longer gives 502 error when trying to login. instead it now just keeps taking you straight back to the main page. 

click login, quick flash, and back on the main page again but not logged in. tried on both chrome and firefox browsers with the same results.

not able to log in to thesims3.com community website

ea.com account is not linked to thesims3.com account ...... dont know why or how to log in to website. wont let me log in or even try to create an account.  have not played in over a month but did not have an issue logging in last time.  was there a recent update that caused some issue

The Sims 3 Store site seems ok now, I am currently logged in, not having any issues so far...

Still not able to login the sims 3 website, Firefox or Edge.  Using Edge required I enter my email and password, logging in was a new attempt.

Click the login link, the server side process takes some time, the main webpage flashes when the updated page is loaded.  And still the login link is what shows.

So very concerning that after a week we still can't login to the Sims 3 Exchange website. 😥

Yes a whole work week to fix it and nothing. I doubt they are putting any priority to it. Looks like 1 person turned off the error message early in the week and called it done, not caring that you can't log in at all. This is 2025. If they really wanted to fix it, it would be fixed way back on 11/13 the day after the error showed up.

How did you get in? What browser? I haven't been able to get on for 1.5 weeks.
