Sims 3 website is down?

i don't login through my launcher or the ea app. i use my browsers - firefox and chrome - to attempt to login to the thesims3 page, which i've accessed through typing in or through my saved bookmark. i get the same thing that everyone else having issues has been getting. click login, wait a moment, screen flashes quickly and... i'm on the main login screen still not logged in. i can't access 'my page' at all. page simply flashes and i'm still on the main page.

i can go to the store pages, but i'm not logged in on them, so can't download or purchase anything. if i attempt to login, it flashes, and puts me back at the main page. can't access my account billing or purchase history either.

i'm glad you personally aren't having trouble, but please, don't act as though we're merely computer novices who know nothing, and haven't all be jumping through every hoop imaginable to try and get access to our pages. i've been playing the sims since the og game and have been on the site since... well, i can't tell you, since i can't access that history, but for a really long time.

the team responsible for maintaining and servicing the store needs to get to working on it so that everyone - and not just a select few that aren't having this issue - that needs or wants to access anything from our pages to the store can do so.

For me in my slice of unreality I did my now daily routine of trying to login to the TS3 website, and LO!  It finally worked!

So I fired up the TS3 launcher so I could d/l and install the store content I purchased just before the website started doing the dead cockroach, LO!  I'm now automatically being logged in!

D/led the store content I hadn't installed in the game, and huzzah!  The content is now safely tucking away into the game.

Yay, I was able to log into the TS3 site today and also download as well! Hoping this is now fixed for everyone. TS3 players are a sure patient bunch! 🌻

It's working for me now too!

Just tested after playing Sims 3 all day, and I got in as well. Now off to download the stuff I miss. ✌️

I was able to get into my account!!

Well I guess so, but it doesn't matter if I can get some of the store items there, I still can't even get to my own stuff on the Exchange, which I can't get anywhere else. Luckily I did find the Sims I wanted to get off the site from my profile, I had them all saved on a external hard drive, luckily. It just took some searching to find them and I just put them in my game that way. 

But either way EA needs to fix the site so people can get to their own stuff as well as what we paid for from them, not everyone is going to have them saved elsewhere like I did! But I wont hold my breath waiting for them to do it, since it's apparently been down for awhile now. 

It seems that many can get on now that couldn't before. So maybe you can now access what you need to.

So relieved! Tried the Sims 3 site login and was able to log on! So glad they got this fixed. Thanks to all who answered and posted on this thread. Hope others are all able to get on too. I've got some downloading to do.
