sims 3 weird eyelashes

How do I fix the eyelashes?

    Hi there,

    In Create a Sim, go to the Hair section, then the eyebrows menu, and you should see a slider for the eyelashes.

Hey, I still have this problem even if I lower the eyelash slider completely. Any advice?
