Sims 3 white blank screen
Whenever I click on the sims 3 play button, it will open but a blank screen would appear. Below is a screenshot. I have to force to quit it all the time, I don’t know what could be causing this. Does...

@elimaximoff Please move your entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you open the launcher, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save. Let me know either way.
If you still get the white screen, please also let me know whether you have iCloud Drive enabled.
I moved the folder to desktop and it didn't show the white screen but when I got to the edit neighborhood screen it started bugging REALLY bad like flashing. I've retried many times but it keeps happening. And yeah I have iCloud Drive enabled.
@elimaximoff Please open the new Sims 3 folder and delete options.ini. When you load the game, a new one will spawn. At the Main Menu, please turn all the graphics settings to the minimum, then quit to desktop before loading a save. Let me know whether a(nother) new save looks like the one in your screenshot.
I was able to make a save and no it wasn't flashing anymore but it was very laggy.
