I had what I think is the same problem as you. Try this -----
Go to >Computer >(the first 'hard disk drive') >Program Files (x86) >Electronic Arts >Then click on the expansion pack name that you most recently loaded on >Game >Bin >There will be a thing that says TS3EP (then it will have a number)
If you follow these steps the game should start to load. 🙂
