Sims 3 won't download in Origin

Hi, I'm trying to play my Sims 3 and Sims 3 Seasons, and neither is wanting to work properly. I've played these games before, it's just been a while. Origin wouldn't start up, so I uninstalled Origin, Sims 3, and my Sims 3 Seasons expansion pack. I re-installed Origin, but it won't open up. Everytime I try to click on the shortcut, it says, "Do you want to allow this feature to make changes to this computer?" I click yes, and absolutely nothing happens. I've tried to put my Sims 3 game in, and I try to press AutoRun. When I do, the regular screen pops up that says Install. When I click Install,  the same screen pops up that says, "Do you want to allow this feature to make changes to this computer?" I click yes, and NOTHING happens! I've had more luck with my Expansion Pack, it'll actually start and try to download, but since I don't have Sims 3 downloaded, it won't install! I'm starting to get really frustrated with it, I've been fighting with it the past few hours. What do I do?
