sims 3 won't work after last update 1.67

I updated my game last week to 1.67 I believe

and now I can't play my game 

it says ' unable to start game device0 check video grahpics '

everything is fine with my system , I tried googling and it said to change fullscreen = 1 to fullscreen = 0 

still not working and it's pissing me off ,

is there anyway to uninstall last update ? or any other things I can try ?
