I'm sorry, @emmapia123, but your graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements. The Sims 3 needs 128MB of dedicated memory in the graphics card and yours has only 32MB. That's probably why the game is crashing.
You could also try to update your graphics card's drivers, yours are from January 2014

I don't see any other problem in the dxdiag... how many expansions do you have installed?
