Sims 3 World Adventures is incorrect and technically racist
In The Sims 3 World Adventures there are Three places you can visit, Al Simhara (Egypt) Champs Les Sims (France) and lastly Shang Simla (China). The reason I am making this point is I have had this game for years, and I have noticed this problem a while back and the fact that The Sims 4 is now released and it was never patched annoys me. The Icon for each location has a symbol representing each place in the real world, France having the Eiffel Tower, Egypt having The Great Pyramids of Giza and finally, hey, wait? what is this? What is the symbol representing China??? This symbol is in fact most notablely known as a Torii Gate/Arch, and guess what, It is not Chinese, It is Japanese, To be more specific, it is an image of the Itsukushima Shrine, It is in fact rather racist to apply a symbol of Japanese culture to Chinese culture, just because it is Asian, now if Shang Simla was infact Asia, I wouldn't be too annoyed at this, but it is specifically named "China", I really hope you can take this into consideration and reply to me why it was never fixed.
P.S. I don't understand how you could make this mistake? In Shang Simla itself you even see Chinese Arches but not once a "Shinto Japanese Arch", the designers put a lot of detail into the Chinese building pieces and they seem very authentic, but how was this not noted?
Yours truly, Harry.
