Sims 3 worlds

I just bought the sims 3 roaring heights, world bundle and dragon valley and it won’t let me download the world on the ea app, tried doing it through the sims 3 launcher and nothing there even mentioning the worlds, then went onto thesims3.com where in my purchase history to try and do it that way there’s no trace of the ones I’ve just bought again. I contact ea support where they said my best shot would be to try here because they’ve exhausted all of their options . Please help
