Missing download button
I redeemed a code for the Sims 3 Supernatural expansion pack but when I go to download it there is no download button even though it says "You own this add-on." This isn't happening with any other games/dlc

i tried a tonnn of stuff to fix this and the only thing that worked for me was uninstalling the entire game and installing it again. everyone else seemed to have a different solution so i'm just glad i got it to work in the end lol
