Sims falling through ceiling/floor?

My sims fall through the ceiling in certain parts of the second floor whenever they try to use the shower or the bathroom. I am not sure if it is related, but whenever they are sleeping in their beds...

Even though you said you tried this, turn ON move objects then move your sims onto the right floor, then turn it OFF (make sure that you spell everything correctly)

    make sure your typeing that cheat right moveObjects on and  moveObjects off
