None of the contect options will work for me when I go to that page. And also I have no code to redeem it as I was not given one and have no email with one on it either, it is not showing on my origin purchased games list even though I have paid for this twice, which is 40 euro. I'm not sure where to go from here ...
Were you able to get this resolved? I bought the physical copy of the cd, attempted to redeem the code online, it said that it took it, and now it's not showing up anywhere so that I can download it. I've tried using the physical copy of the disk, but the code has already been used and is invalid. Spoke to an origin tech support, they were not able to resolve my problem.
Same thing happened to me. Bought Hidden Springs thru Origin, it is NO where to be found. Getting a little frustrated as this was 4 days ago. Its not on my sims3 account, its not on origin, its not in an email. Can't enter a code cause I bought the digital file. Plus have messaged them twice now, still NO response! I am about to open up a dispute on paypal to get my money back, this is crap!
