Same thing happened to me. Bought Hidden Springs thru Origin, it is NO where to be found. Getting a little frustrated as this was 4 days ago. Its not on my sims3 account, its not on origin, its not in an email. Can't enter a code cause I bought the digital file. Plus have messaged them twice now, still NO response! I am about to open up a dispute on paypal to get my money back, this is crap!
