Sims store help
I've just brought some sims 3 items with simspoints but i cant find the items I brought. Are they downloaded directily into the game or do i have to do it manualy?

once you buy something on the sims 3 store there should be ablu download button or go to your purchase history history download from there als depending on what you bought for example hair once th eitem/s are download an dinstalled send the sim to a mirror click on the mirror option change appearance to find the hairstyle to change it to for clothes send sim to dresser click on the dresser option plan outfit to find the new outfit and change the sim outfit to the new furniture will be in build/buy mode
I just bought the Palace of Versailles, and for some reason, it is showing that I purchased it twice and took 865 sim points twice to purchase it both times! Is there anything I can do to get my sim points back and only have it purchased one time? I dont need two of them!!!
