Hi,
I have this problem with my sims. Everytime I let them go anywhere while they're swimming, they go to that spot, but they swim through the ground. This only happens in Isla Paradiso, not in the other cities. I've used resetSim, evicted my sim out of her house and moved her back in, deleted all my saves, removed my mods, restarted my computer but nothing helps. It only happens when my Sim lives on a houseboat.
Did you start a new game to see if you have the same issue there (for troubleshooting purposes) ?
If it works there, would you upload your savegame somewhere so I can check how it behaves on in my Game ?
To do so, choose a site that doesn't require registering for download or mediafire and send me the link via PM.
If it's too big, you can leave out the travelpackage.db file. Don't need that.
Do zip the files before uploading.

Great. If you're fine with others downloading your savegame, you can of course leave it up.

@MaryseSkippy I did try it and found a (temp ?) fix.
I noticed that the mascot and the mail girl all had no troubles to the to the house boat and it was just the two Sims that were swimming.
What I did was send them into town. After they took a cab, they were both back to normal and would enter the houseboat as they should.
I don't know if the swimming will come back but this worked for me for both.
I know that, it only happens when I send them home while they're swimming in the area around the houseboat. If I send them somewhere else, like the beach or even the docks, and then send them home, they walk normally. 😕mileyfrustrated:
I tried that too. They didn't do it anymore afterwards for me. I tried all kinds of different thing, switching ports and stuff and after the initial fix it didn't happen again (even if I send them swimming or snorkling).
Very curious. Maybe I didn't try close enough to the houseboat.
TBH, if it's only when you send them swimming around the houseboat, I would just send them to shore somewhere else and then walk home.
Does it happen on all ports for you ?
The fix didn't work for me, and I know I can just send them to shore, but I'm lazy 😕mileytongue:

Well, I'm guessing it's a bug and I don't know what else to suggest that it doesn't happen again.
I'll post this in the helpers corner to see if someone else has an idea
