Hi,
I have a CD code for ambitions and wanted to get it to run again.
It must have been redeemed via Origin in the past. Now in the EA APP the extension doesn't appear anymore, I would need to buy it again.
Using the same code for redeeming in the EAAPP says that it was used in the past.
The chat on the EA help page is not available. It says try again later (I'm in Europe).
What can I do to activate this extension again?

If you haven't already, please try clearing the EA App's cache and check if the pack appears under Library > Sims 3 > Manage Add-ons afterward.
If the pack still doesn't appear, you'll need to contact live support for assistance, as we aren't able to support account-related issues here on the forums. Once you fill out the web form, you should be redirected to a self-service page where you'll find the option to chat with an advisor, who can look into the account and code to see what might be going on.
