If CL is not showing up as seperate download in your purchase history, contact a game advisor. I'm pretty sure it was not change to be included in the download but who knows.
They can check your account.

After turning the computer off and on and downlaoding everything again, while watching CL bounce around, I got in touch with the EA help team again. Celtic Lands is a separate entity. You're right crinrict, the best thing to do is to contact the EA help team. My problem turned out to be a 'rare' case. The help team had to contact game specialists because my Celtic Lands were so hidden. The game specialists are still working on it, but it should be resolved very soon.
