I didn't realise that 'Choose' is possible under Firefox Options.
However, the 'Error' box message is continues to pop up first-up.

On the sims3 page with screenshots of 'Last Venue of Amore',
Under the button: 'Download', there's:
a Green Square (star - "Item has Additional Gameplay')
an Orange Square (tick5 - "You own this item")
I've been trying to download it all the time from my Sims 3 Store:
Purchase History, which has worked before for a previous reinstall.
the extra gameplay would be using the gondala
hmmm see the log for details try this the log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log c/p what it says for someone to look at

p.s. I just (successfully) downloaded Lucky Palms and Hidden Springs
They both installed and are ready to play -
Amore is playable InWorld and does not download.
I just purchased Fowl and Feathers Chicken Coop.
Again, it registers as purchased.
The Sim Points have been deducted from my account.
It does not down load either.
Venues are not downloading.

This error usually occurs if your game is not up-to-date
What version does your launcher show ? If it isn't 1.67, you should update your game (no, I did not read the whole discussion you had with Rum)
