Skin glitch

So I started to make my Sims and nothing was wrong with the skin but when I started up the game all my Sims except one had red arms and green legs but only with there everyday where. All the other Outfits Looked fine. I tried to change the outfit for everyday but still they had red arms and green legs. I even when to a different file and loaded up that game and the Sims in that game file were all white and didn't have an outfit at all. Though with both being in create a Sims all the Sims look fine.
