This issue appears to be fixed as of December 4.

Hey everyone,

I just downloaded the base game for sims 3 64 bit and went to download all my expansions. There are two versions of each expansion I own showing, one saying unlocked with no download button and the other with a download button. When I press the download button, it does nothing. I don't know what to do, I really want to play this game again after so long but without expansions that I paid for it's quite frustrating.
