@shay0123405 Does this happen with any sound output you use? For the purple on the screen, is it just a couple small lines, or something more? The lines are a known issue.
As for the Purple outline. i noticed it was also on the Sim Portrait in the UI inside the Gameplay (Above the Timer and Lifetime Wish)
as for the sound. i tried both headphones and The Mac Mini's speaker.its only happening in sims 3 though i tried sims 4 and sims 4 works flawlessly.
i took pictures of the Purple outline issue:

@shay0123405 What version of Big Sur are you running? You can see it under About This Mac.
The lines in your screenshots are the same as what other people have reported, and I don't think there's any way to remove them, at least not unless EA steps in with a patch. (Of all the issues that might get patched, this seems pretty low on the list.) Hopefully they're not too distracting.

I'm Currently Running Version 11.2.3 (Latest Avalible Version) i have also tried running it on a different Mac with the Latest beta version of 11.3
in my Personal opinion the Purple Lines is the least Distracting its more the Audio Crackling that often disturb Gameplay.

@shay0123405 I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you here. There are a couple other people who've reported the same issue, but others on the same Macs with the same sound output have said they get no crackling, and I haven't been able to figure out what the difference might be.
In your position, I'd try whatever sound devices I had available, especially headphones that use a different type of connection than the one your current headphones use, to see whether anything makes a difference. You can also try selectively disabling different sounds in the game settings: maybe one of those categories is the problem, and the others are fine.
