@Tinkerbell_stone I'm not totally sure from your video: does the same texture load properly if you reapply it? I don't mean clicking undo but rather changing the texture and then changing it back with Create a Style.
Please also try saving the lot to the in-game bin and placing it in a new save. Quit to desktop before switching saves; don't change over at the Main Menu.
It also looks like you might benefit from the Smooth Patch released by LadyDuchess. Among other things, it'll make the CASt presets load a lot faster. I don't know whether it'll help with loading the missing textures, but it shouldn't do any harm, and you can always remove it if you don't like its effects.
