Steam Sims 3 cc not appearing in game

I recently installed Sims 3 and I immeadiatley downloaded cc. I tried the mod where there are no sparkles when building and no intro which works fine. Once I installed all the cc I wanted, which is a lot, only like 2 percent of the cc I downloaded is showing up in game. I already deleted all of the cache files and even tried reinstalling the mods in the mods folders, but I am still not seeing all of the cc I downloaded go into game. It is very frustrating and I can't play the sims with out mods. Is anyone able to help out and give solutions?

  • @xMayaab  All the files with Sims 3 icons next to them are .Sims3Packs and won't be read when they're in Mods\Packages.  Instead, you'll need to place them in ...\The Sims 3\Downloads, then install them through the launcher.  The .package files in the Packages folder should stay where they are.

It's of course a good idea to delete the cache files again after installing this content through the launcher.

  • @xMayaab  Please post a screenshot of the folder that contains the missing mods and custom content.  Include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, in the screenshot.

Here is the screenshot, I am noticing now that some of them are not as package, but labeled as The sims 3 custom content. But some of the one's that are not labeled as package still appear in the game.
