@itsmeallanna Since you reinstalled Origin, you shouldn't be seeing this issue anymore. However, you may need to install your store content from scratch without the previous content present at all. The easiest way to do this is with a clean user folder: move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a new folder, and download one item to test. If it works, you can install the rest of your store content in small batches—the launcher doesn't install large amounts of data very well.
Once you've installed your content into the new Sims 3 folder, you can move your saves and anything else you want to keep to that folder as well. Here's a description of everything in the user folder so you know what you might want to preserve:

If you can't see the items in-game even after installing into a new user folder, let me know.

Hi I just have a question, It works. But I was wondering if it would be okay if I happened to take files from my desktop sims folder and use them to get back cc worlds, sims, and items I previously installed? (Ie, putting the files back into the new sims folder).

@PickledWaddles Yes, it would be fine to use the data from the Sims 3 folder on your desktop in the clean folder. If you'd like a more thorough description, please see this:

You'll have already started the process; this is more about which files to transfer and why.
