I want to, but both Chrome, and IE say when I try to load the chat that its a invalid or broken link. I've tried mentioning this to the EAHelp twitter but haven't gotten a reply. Which is a tad bit of a bummer cause, the Answer HQ was the only other option it'd give me for contacting help.
@sparklingslushie I'm not sure what else to suggest, so perhaps try again.
