Store bought expansion refuses install, saying it needs "disk 1" every try!

Its the 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff expansion, I've had it a over a year now. There's no damage to the disk, and the disk code still works but regardless what computer I've tried it on I've had the same is...

I want to, but both Chrome, and IE say when I try to load the chat that its a invalid or broken link. I've tried mentioning this to the EAHelp twitter but haven't gotten a reply. Which is a tad bit of a bummer cause, the Answer HQ was the only other option it'd give me for contacting help.
