Store content uninstalls suddenly

On last Thursday I played The Sims 3 for several hours. I didn't expect it to be the last time I played the game.
Just now, I launched the game. My save crashed. I wondered if it's because I used some save cleaner tool. After several attempts, I realized it was my store content gone as in other saves there were always objects replaced.
I checked in this forum. Guides are helpful as always, as well as tiring.
When EA changed from Origin to EA App when it was beta or early access last year, I obeyed. My store content was all gone. I emailed. They told me I needed to switch back to Origin.
This year they forced us to use EA App. For the game, I obeyed.
Again, store content was all gone. Thanks to you I learned that I needed to re-download then reinstall all the purchases I've made throughout the years. I don't even want to count the numbers, lol.
I thought it would be the last time I did it. The repeated crashes I just went through and the bland pages in my launcher and the fact that the store is currently unavailable literally wrecked me... (OK I hope it's because the store is unavailable so I lost all the content in my game. Is this too much to ask?)
Who would've expected an international game company to program some * codes like this????
At this point, I don't know if I need help. Been playing the game for almost 20 years since The Sims 1 and TS3 is definitely my favorite. I'm fine with all the errors in the game, but all these bugs caused by EA are just exhausting. I wish I've never opened the game in my life.
@breath2death A few players have reported that deleting the SigsCache folder, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3, helps restore the content. But this also might be one of these things that just happens every once in a while. Installing the Store content in a new folder, then moving over your saves and whatever else you want to keep, should fix it.
It might also be worth keeping a clean copy of the Sims 3 folder, with only Store content installed, for restoring later.
