Store content uninstalls suddenly

I spend countless money for the Sims 3, via sims 3 store,
But now, it is all gone, and I have to reinstall my stuff (AGAIN!).
What is with EA? Why is it that they cannot fix these things. I am in a very sour mood, because this is the hundrenth time this has happened. I spent countless amount of money, only for it to be removed.
When will EA fix this problem, and I mean, actually fix it. Because I don't appreciate EA stealing my money by not fixing their product.
